Sofia Kangas advises private equity firms and large corporates on transactions, including public takeovers, buy-outs, minority investments, exits, corporate reorganisations, real estate transactions, as well as general M&A and corporate matters.

She has been a legal counsel at Cargotec and was the responsible lawyer for Kalmar’s service business. In that role, she was a member of a leadership team and worked closely with the sales team. Further, she has gained experience from developing and managing contract management practices and crisis management. Prior to joining Dittmar & Indrenius, Sofia has worked as an associate trainee at other leading Finnish law firms.
