Daniel Sandvik advises international and domestic clients on matters relating to M&A, Finance, Capital Markets as well as general corporate and contract law questions.
Daniel joined the firm as an Associate in 2024. Prior to graduating, he worked as an Associate Trainee at Dittmar & Indrenius. He also gained experience from another leading Finnish law firm where he worked as an Associate Trainee in the Banking & Finance practice. His previous experience also includes working in a global company Wärtsilä in the marine and energy markets.
