Eila El Asry advises international and domestic clients in all legal aspects relating to the use, commercialisation and protection of technology assets, including the preparation and negotiation of related commercial agreements. She also has experience in employment law.

In addition to an LL.M from the University of Helsinki (2015), Eila has completed an LL.M at University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne focusing on international business law and private international law. Prior to joining Dittmar & Indrenius Eila has gained experience as a legal counsel at GE Healthcare (based in France and Italy), in another Finnish law firm and prior to graduation as a legal trainee at KONE France as well as at GE Healthcare Finland.
