Johanna Tuohino

Johanna Tuohino focuses on legal aspects of technology, particularly in cyber security, electronic communications, data protection and technology agreements.

She provides strategic legal advice to international and domestic clients on technology compliance, commercialisation, and procurement, with particular focus on cybersecurity, digital risk management and emerging technologies. In addition, she advises clients in data and technology intensive transactions, negotiations, administrative proceedings and litigation.

Prior to joining Dittmar & Indrenius, she has worked as an in-house legal counsel and also gained public sector experience at the Finnish Ministry of Transport and Communications and within telecom regulatory authority. Her diverse background in both public and private sectors equip her with exceptional insight into client needs.

She is also a doctoral student at the University of Helsinki and she is frequently invited to deliver keynote speeches and lecture at seminars and conferences especially on cyber security and artificial intelligence law.
