Eva-Lotta Hokkonen advises international and domestic clients in questions on data, technology, payment services, communications and employee privacy. Eva-Lotta specialises in questions that lie at the intersection of financial services and data regulation.

In addition, Eva-Lotta has experience in the field of financial regulation, mergers and acquisitions — with a particular emphasis on technology focused transactions — as well as data protection disputes.

Prior to joining Dittmar & Indrenius, Eva-Lotta gained expertise in the financial sector and data protection from working with OP Financial Group as a legal counsel. In the financial sector, she worked especially on legal issues related to customer interface and software development projects, both on the corporate and private customer side. Additionally, prior to graduating, she gained experience on technology agreements and IT negotiations by working as a legal trainee for CGI.
