Johanna advises both international and domestic clients on real estate transactions, lease arrangements, construction matters and other real estate related assignments as well as general corporate and contract law. Prior to joining Dittmar & Indrenius, Johanna gained valuable experience in construction, property development, housing business and real estate transactions while working at SATO Oyj, one of Finland’s leading housing providers, and Destia Oy, Finland’s largest infrastructure service company. Johanna has been praised for her ability to understand the needs of clients operating in the real estate and construction space.
