We advised Ramudden in its acquisition of Jade Infra.
The Ramudden Group, a portfolio company of Triton, was founded in 2005 and currently has a staff of around 850 and a turnover of approximately SEK 2.1 billion. It is headquartered in Gävle, Sweden and is represented at about 80 locations in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Denmark and Canada.
Jade Infra Oy, founded in 1991, offers traffic management services and equipment. Jade Infra’s headquarters are in Vantaa, Finland, the company employs approximately 200 people annually and has a turnover of approximately EUR 6.6 million.
In 2021, Ramudden acquired Finnish traffic management equipment provider Trafino.
