Nana Karanen advises private and public sector clients on various domestic and cross-border employment matters such as day-to-day employment issues, employment and director agreements and terminations thereof, reorganization of workforce, as well as employment disputes. She also has an extensive experience on employment related questions related to mergers and acquisitions and transfer of undertakings.
