D&I secured a public contract for Certego following Market Court proceedings

We successfully represented Certego, a market-leading provider of locksmith and security solutions, as the winning tendere in proceedings before the Market Court concerning the procurement of a working time tracking software.

Although the Market Court had already issued an interim decision prohibiting implementation of the procurement decision, the appellant withdrew its appeal following our well-argued submission. This enabled the contracting authority to conclude the public contract with Certego.
