D&I wins procurement dispute for Schneider Electric with full costs awarded

We represented Schneider Electric Finland Oy in a public procurement review procedure concerning renovation works. Following our appeal, the contracting authority acknowledged that the appeal was well-founded and issued a decision to suspend the procurement procedure. The Market Court ordered the contracting authority to cover our client’s legal costs in full.
