We advise lead investor General Atlantic in its $345 million minority investment in Hostaway Oy, a global leading vacation rental management software, at a valuation of $925 million.

The investment represents the third-largest financing round of a Finnish company to date. General Atlantic is leading the round, and previous backer PSG Equity is also participating. The investment will enable Hostaway to further accelerate its growth, expand into new markets and invest in the opportunities offered by AI in product development.
