Obtaining FDI clearance for EG’s acquisition of Rapal

We advised EG Norge AS, a subsidiary of EG Danmark A/S, on its acquisition of Ørn Software Holding AS (including its Finnish subsidiary Rapal Oy), including obtaining the foreign direct investment (FDI) approval from the Finnish Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment.

EG Danmark A/S is a part of EG A/S, which is a market leading vendor of vertical software for private and public customers in the Nordics.

Ørn Software is a Nordic provider of SaaS solutions enabling efficient operations and maintenance across a wide range of asset-heavy industries, including real estate, manufacturing, food and beverages, and aquaculture.
