We advised Infracapital, a leading European infrastructure investor, on its sale of two operational wind farms to a consortium consisting of Oulun Energia, Kokkolan Energia, Imatran Seudun Sähkö, Oulun Seudun Sähkö and Haukiputaan Sähköosuuskunta.
The sale involved the Kröpuln and Storbacken wind farms located in Ostrobothnia, Finland with a combined power output of 60 MW. Both wind farms have been in commercial operation since 2021.
