The FCA Group, one of the largest vehicle manufacturing groups in the world, has agreed on the sale of its national importer company FCA Finland Oy to the Bergé Auto Group. As a result of the transaction, the Bergé Auto Group will expand its representation in Finland from the current Kia and Mitsubishi brands to cover also the FCA Group brands Fiat, Fiat Professional, Alfa Romeo, Jeep and Abarth.

We have continuously advised the FCA Group in its operations in Finland ever since the incorporation of its own national importer company FCA Finland Oy in 2014.
