Securing a multi-million public contract for a major pharmaceutical company following Market Court proceedings

We successfully represented a major pharmaceutical company, the winner of a EUR 10 million procurement, in appeal proceedings before the Market Court. The Market Court dismissed the appeal, as we had argued, and ordered the appellant to cover part of our client’s legal costs. The decision of the Market Court is final.
