We advised Sulzer in its 25% investment in Tamturbo.

In 2018 we advised Sulzer in connection with the entry into a sales and supply agreement with Tamturbo, which marked the beginning of the successful co-operation between the two companies.

We now advised Sulzer in making a significant investment in Tamturbo. As a result, Tamturbo has withdrawn its oversubscribed IPO and cancelled its planned listing of its shares on the Nasdaq Helsinki First North Growth Market Finland marketplace.

Founded in 2010, Tamturbo is a technology company that develops and manufactures oil-free industrial air compressor systems. Tamturbo’s disruptive solutions enable cleaner, more energy-efficient and close-to maintenance-free compressed air production with next generation Touch-FreeTM compressor technology.

Sulzer is a global leader in fluid engineering, specializing in pumping, agitation, mixing, separation and application technologies for fluids of all types. Sulzer has been headquartered in Winterthur, Switzerland, since 1834. In 2019, it had 16,500 employees and revenues of CHF 3.7 billion. Sulzer’s shares are traded on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
