CapMan Buyout’s exit from Forenom Group

We advised CapMan Buyout on its exit from Forenom Group to a consortium led by Bravedo.

Forenom is the leading provider of serviced apartments in the Nordic region, offering over 9,000 serviced apartments, aparthotels, and hostel rooms across all major Nordic cities and Germany, accommodating over 2.3 million overnight stays each year. We also advised CapMan Buyout in 2016 when investing into Forenom.
