Sale of Kivra’s digital postal services

We advised Kivra Oy in the sale of its Finnish digital postal services to Posti.

Kivra has provided digital postal services in Finland to both consumers and businesses, offering a reliable and secure platform for digital communications. Under the arrangement, Kivra’s Finnish operations will be transferred to Posti and integrated into Posti’s OmaPosti service, ensuring continuity of service for existing customers. The transaction supports the continued digitalisation of communications in Finland and enables the benefits of Kivra’s platform to reach a broader user base.
