Mika Kärkkäinen is a seasoned employment law professional known for his trusted advice and hands-on approach to client matters. In addition to his advisory work, he has substantial experience representing employers in dispute resolution. He has acted as counsel to employers in a number of cases before the Supreme Court of Finland and has argued three cases before the European Court of Justice. Mika Kärkkäinen is also frequently engaged to conduct internal investigations.
