Nana Karanen is an experienced legal advisor specializing in employment law for both private and public sector clients. She has particular expertise in global and local reorganization projects, guiding clients through workforce restructuring, collective redundancies, and organizational changes while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Nana Karanen also advises on domestic and cross-border employment matters, including day-to-day employment issues, drafting and negotiating employment and director agreements, and managing terminations of employment. She has extensive experience with employment-related issues at all stages of mergers and acquisitions and transfers of undertakings, and she represents her clients in employment-related disputes. In addition to her advocacy work, Nana Karanen lectures regularly in professional employment law seminars.
