Kristiina Bernal has solid experience in the field of employment law related consultations and disputes. In addition to her advisory work, Kristiina Bernal has represented numerous clients in disputes resolution both in General Courts and in the Labour Court. Besides the District Court and the Court of Appeal, she has acted as a counsel to employers also before the Supreme Court of Finland.

Prior joining D&I Kristiina Bernal has gained experience from a Finnish law firm specializing in employment law, first as a lawyer and most recently as a managing director.
