Juli Mansnérus joins D&I Partnership

Innovation Powerhouse strengthened with IP and Life Sciences expert Juli Mansnérus.

Juli Mansnérus is a respected practitioner focused on IP & Life Sciences dispute resolution and transactions as well as broad regulatory and commercialisation advice. Prior to joining D&I, she worked at Hannes Snellman Attorneys. She has also earned Doctor of Laws degree in the fields of intellectual property law and pharmaceutical law and been teaching intellectual property law, consumer law, medical and biolaw, as well as European internal market law at the Faculty of Law, University of Helsinki.

The new EU regulation complementing the cyber security regulatory framework − the Cyber Resilience Act (EU) 2024/2847 (“CRA”) − has been adopted and published in the Official Journal of the EU. The CRA aims to improve cyber security of the connected products at the EU market. It will have significant implications for manufacturers, importers and distributors of products with digital elements across the EU.
