We also provide strategic legal advice for top management on technology, data and IP intensive businesses and assist our clients with technology, IT/IP and data/information related disputes and settlement negotiations. We collaborate closely with our Transaction, Dispute and Strategic Advisory Powerhouses to provide seamless service for our clients.
