We advised Junnikkala Oy, a leading Finnish producer of forest products, on the sale of its heat plant operations at the Kalajoki sawmill to Loimua Oy, a leading Finnish provider of energy solutions for commercial, residential and the public sector.
The heat plants generate heat for the Kalajoki sawmill and the local district heating network owned by Kalajoen Lämpö Oy, a local district heating company.
