Public Tender Offer for All Shares in Amer Sports Corporation

We advise Anamered Investments on the Finnish law aspects of the announced EUR 4.6 billion public tender offer for all the shares in Amer Sports Corporation by Mascot Bidco Oy, the largest ever public tender offer for a Finnish listed company.

Fennia’s Acquisition of Folksam Non-Life

We advised Fennia Mutual Insurance Company in its acquisition of Folksam Non-Life Insurance Company from Folksam, Veritas and Aktia Bank. Following approvals by the Competition and Consumer Authority and the Financial Supervisory Authority, the acquisition was completed on 27 November 2018.

Investment in the Largest Subsidy-free Wind Farm Project in the Nordics

We advise our client on the Finnish law aspects of its investment in four wind farms in Finland.

Sale of Parmaco to a Group of Investors Led by Terra Firma

We advised MB Funds, major Finnish private equity firm investing in the Nordic market, on the sale of Parmaco, the leading Nordic provider of high-quality movable rental space, to a group of investors led by Terra Firma and including Metric Capital and Sun Hung Kai & Co. Limited.

Acquisition by Dasos of Euroforest’s Assets in Lithuania

We advise Dasos Capital on its acquisition of Euroforest’s Lithuanian forest assets, comprising approximately 15,000 hectares of land.
