We advised Dasos Capital on its acquisition of Euroforest’s Lithuanian forest assets, comprising approximately 15,000 hectares of land.

A consortium led by Dasos Capital has agreed to purchase the entire Lithuanian forest portfolio of Euroforest AB (publ), comprising approximately 15,000 hectares of forest land. Dasos already has a strong presence in the Baltic Sea region where wood demand is growing rapidly, and the acquisition further strengthens Dasos’s position as major wood supplier in the region.

Dasos Capital Oy is a Finland-based investment advisor to institutional investors, endowments, private banks, family offices and other clients interested in sustainable international timberland investing. Dasos generates returns in the form of net cash flows from sustainable forest management, forest certification and from utilising identified market and management inefficiencies.

Euroforest AB (publ) is a Swedish company acquiring and managing forest land in Europe with an aim to provide competitive shareholder value. Euroforest’s shares are traded in the market place of Alternativa aktiemarknaden, Sweden.
