Johanna represents clients in court proceedings as well as domestic and international arbitrations including both institutional and ad hoc proceedings. She also advises clients in strategic conflict management, dispute avoidance and mediation. Johanna has represented clients in cases relating to e.g., energy and infrastructure, corporate (post-M&A), competition law, IPR, international trade, construction, and engineering. She also assists clients in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts.

Johanna has trained on the bench at the District Court of Helsinki.
