Johanna Kilpinen

Johanna Kilpinen advises international and domestic clients in all matters related to dispute resolution as well as in assignments related to general corporate and contract law. She also has experience in contentious public procurement matters.

She has represented clients in arbitration proceedings under the FAI and SCC Rules, in court proceedings in the Finnish general courts and the Market Court. Her experience includes assignments relating to delivery disputes and contractual penalties, transport and logistics, construction, post-M&A, as well as corporate contracts. She also advises clients on dispute avoidance and has experience in negotiations and settlements.
