Juhani Lautjärvi is a partner at Dittmar & Indrenius with extensive experience in advising financial institutions, debt funds, sponsors and borrowers in all types of financing transactions. His area of expertise includes acquisition financing (including financing related to both private and public M&A), real estate financing and project financing (including energy and infrastructure) as well as general corporate lending.

He has notable experience from distressed situations and voluntary restructuring arrangements in each of the areas listed above. He also regularly advises on debt capital market transactions.
