Saara Haapamäki

Saara Haapamäki advises clients on banking and finance as well as sustainability and ESG matters. She has experience in financing transactions, alongside expertise in sustainability-related regulation and advisory.

In the field of finance, Saara advises financial institutions and borrowers on domestic and cross-border banking and finance transactions, including real estate financing, leveraged finance, corporate loans, and debt restructuring. Prior to joining Dittmar & Indrenius, she gained experience in banking and finance at another law firm and various financial institutions, working on a range of financing matters and transactions. Saara also advises clients on sustainability and ESG-related matters, and she worked in ESG Advisory at a management consulting firm, where she advised companies on sustainability-related regulatory and strategic questions.

Saara holds an LL.M. from the University of Helsinki and an MSc in Sustainable Finance from KEDGE Business School in France. She combines her finance and sustainability expertise to advise clients on matters at the intersection of financing and sustainability.
