Acquisition of Ekman Systems

We advised Reledo in its acquisition of Ekman Systems.

Ekman Systems is a supplier of office solutions in the Ostrobothnia region of Finland. The company, which is headquartered in Vaasa, delivers a broad range of workplace products and services, including coffee solutions, printing, furniture, corporate apparel, business gifts, and general office supplies to companies and organizations across the region. The acquisition strengthens Reledo's service offering and expands Reledo's presence in Finland.

Reledo, backed by private equity firm Celero Capital, was established in the spring of 2023 through the acquisition of several specialist companies. Reledo is a comprehensive facility management services provider serving small and medium-sized enterprises across the Nordics. We have previously advised Reledo in its acquisition of PrimaClean.
