As part of the PSA Group’s PACE! strategy, Opel sold the Baltic and Finnish Opel import business to Opel Finland’s distributor LänsiAuto Oy. In connection with the transaction, the Baltic Opel import business was transferred to Opel Finland Oy and was included in the transaction perimeter.

We advised the Opel group in the process together with local legal counsel in the Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian and Hungarian jurisdictions. We acted as lead counsel and were responsible for the coordination in five countries as well as strategic and legal advice on the transaction documentation and in the negotiations.
