Finnish sign manufacturing company Savon Kilpi Oy was founded in 1982, had a turnover of EUR 2.6 million in 2023 and employs 14 people. Savon Kilpi will be a subsidiary of the Ramudden Finland operations.

The Ramudden Group, a portfolio company of Triton, was founded in 2005 and currently has a staff of around 1,000 and a turnover of approximately SEK 2.4 billion. It is headquartered in Gävle, Sweden and is represented at about 80 locations in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Estonia and Denmark.

Ramudden acquired Finnish traffic management services and equipment providers Trafino and Jade Infra in 2021 and 2023 respectively.
