The dispute involved complex issues of contractual interpretation, competition law, and intellectual property law. The client’s success was largely attributed to our Powerhouse approach, characterised by efficient cross-departmental teamwork. We successfully requested the consolidation of arbitrations, marking the first such acceptance by the FAI Board. We also obtained an interim injunction order from the district court, which prevented our client from incurring multi-million losses as well as loss of goodwill and customer base.
