Criminal copyright enforcement against a P2P infringer

We acted for a multinational client in a cross-border, online copyright infringement matter, in which the client’s essential data was hacked and distributed illegally though a P2P network. We worked with the police and took part in pretrial investigations to prosecute the plaintiff.
