We advised lead investor Mandatum Asset Management in the EUR 12 million financing round in HappySignals, a Finland-based human-centric IT experience management company. The financing round includes participation from existing investors Nauta Capital and Vendep Capital. The investment will be used to accelerate HappySignals’ global expansion by boosting sales, marketing, and product development efforts.
Mandatum Asset Management’s (MAM) investment was made through the MAM Growth Equity II fund, the second vintage of MAM’s Growth Equity strategy. MAM’s GE team focuses on the scale-up phase of Nordic growth companies with a proven business model and ambitious management teams.
