Toni Kalliokoski specializes in complex commercial litigation, particularly damages cases. He has also gained extensive experience in various types of regulatory litigation.
In addition to contractual disputes, he has gained particular experience in competition litigation (antitrust damages) and professional liability cases. He has acted in regulatory disputes against regulatory authorities or private parties in the fields of competition law, data protection, state aid, electricity markets, telecoms, banking, pharmaceuticals and EU sanctions, among others.
