Our Corporate Advisory practice focuses on advising boards of directors, general counsels, and senior management of listed and non-listed companies in all matters having legal and strategic importance to the company and its shareholders. We have a particular focus on corporate governance, risk management, board liability and other matters, such as contractual and preventive risk counselling in particular in relation to finance and capital markets, corporate transactions and restructurings and dispute resolution.

Our services include i.a. corporate crisis management, board and top management liability, market communication and disclosure regimes, capital structure optimization, takeover defence strategies, related party transactions and conflicts of interest.
