Gabrielle Dannberg has been appointed Dittmar & Indrenius’ Managing Partner as of 1 January 2023. Anders Carlberg, who has led the firm for eight years, will now focus on client advisory work and take on the role as Senior Partner and Chair of the Board.

“I am very excited, happy and humble to be taking on this new role. Our vision is to be the obvious choice for demanding corporate clients, and a progressive and inspirational community for star individuals. We have a strong culture built on teamwork, and only through close collaboration with our clients can we create value and make an impact. Working life is changing, and I feel privileged to be taking on a role in which I can work together with our clients and my colleagues to find new innovative ways of working smarter,” says Gabrielle.

“It has been an honour to lead this firm for the last eight years. During a period of significant growth, we have succeeded in strengthening our culture and core values despite years of working under special circumstances. Today, I couldn’t be happier that it is Gabrielle who is taking the lead in accelerating D&I’s growth journey as the new Managing Partner. She is a respected practitioner within Corporate and M&A, and a trusted advisor for many of our clients. Throughout her career at D&I, she has always put our clients first and shown great interest in developing our firm. She is an inspirational leader and a highly respected colleague among all of us at D&I. She is the right person to take the firm to the next level,” says Anders.

Building on our Sustainability Programme

In 2024, we continued to build on the Sustainability Programme first introduced in our inaugural report. This programme has guided us toward tangible progress and a path that keeps evolving. Our three pillars of the programme—advising our clients, internal sustainability, and our broader role in society—remain solid, while our most meaningful impact on society stems from our advisory work, grounded in an understanding of our clients’ businesses and the evolving landscape in which they operate.
