Blanca Fagerudd has been involved in arbitration proceedings under the FAI and ICC Rules, as well as proceedings in the Finnish general courts and the market court. She has assisted our clients in assignments related to e.g. the energy sector, renewable energy, construction, post-M&A as well as general corporate and contract law.

Blanca has written her thesis on the topic of dispute resolution clauses in the General conditions for building contracts (YSE 1998).
