Gabrielle Dannberg is the Managing Partner of the firm, and she regularly advises clients on complex cross-border and domestic M&A transactions and commercial contract negotiations.
Gabrielle Dannberg advises clients across multiple industries and her client base includes long-standing corporate clients, family offices and recurring private equity firms. She has special focus on technology transactions and broad experience from a wide range of industries including software and SaaS, media, accommodation, transport, automotive and construction.
As the Managing Partner, Gabrielle Dannberg leads the partnership and the management team being in charge of Dittmar & Indrenius’ operations.
