Partner Hanna-Mari Manninen heads Dittmar & Indrenius’ Strategic Advisory services. Her focus is on sustainability, ESG and corporate law with a strong background in finance and fintech.

Hanna-Mari Manninen advises corporations and financial institutions, including their boards, on ESG compliance and governance matters, often in context of transactions, crisis management and third-party management. Her recent experience includes advising clients in relation to new regulation such as CSRD, CSDDD, and related omnibus initiatives, and assisting with respective compliance frameworks and corporate governance issues.

Hanna-Mari Manninen’s other industry passion lies in fintech. She has extensive experience in financing and financial regulation with in-depth knowledge of payment services regulation. She is also known for driving a strong compliance culture in the fintech field. Hanna-Mari Manninen regularly advises both leading financial institutions and other fintechs on regulatory compliance.

In addition to her legal expertise, Hanna-Mari Manninen is Chair of the Board of UN Women Finland and also holds other board memberships and positions of trust. As a passionate advocate for good governance, she frequently chairs general meetings and trains boards and management teams.
