Sofia Tuononen

Sofia Tuononen advises international and domestic clients on all aspects of public procurement, including the strategic planning and implementation of procurement procedures, the preparation of procurement documents and proceedings before the Market Court. She also advises clients on contractual matters throughout the term of public contracts and provides training on public procurement.

Prior to joining Dittmar & Indrenius, she worked at a public procurement consultancy and another leading law firm in Finland, focusing on public procurement. Through these work experiences, she has gained extensive practical experience in advising both contracting entities and tenderers in various public procurement matters, with particular expertise in sustainable public procurement.

In addition, Sofia Tuononen has gained a strong understanding of EU and international public procurement through her work experience at the European Commission.

She also works on matters related to competition law and state aid.
