Theresa Segercrantz advises international and domestic clients on matters relating to M&A, Real Estate, Capital Markets as well as general corporate and contract law questions.
Theresa joined the firm as an Associate in 2022. Prior to graduating, she worked as an Associate Trainee at Dittmar & Indrenius. She also gained experience from another leading Finnish law firm where she worked as an Associate Trainee in the Private M&A practice. Her previous experience also includes working at one of Finland’s biggest insurance companies.
