We have been acting as the lead counsel for Metsä Group in its GDPR implementation project which has included drafting of several guidance documentations, group-wide contract templates and intra-group data transfer agreements.
Additionally, we have worked closely with Metsä Group’s compliance team in order to carry out a series of workshops aimed to increase data protection awareness and compile communicational, brand-oriented and business friendly solutions to a variety of data protection issues.
