We advised Boluda Towage in its acquisition of Arctia Oy’s shares in Arctia Karhu Oy, a towing and harbour icebreaking company operating mainly in the Ports of Kemi and Tornio. Port of Kemi Ltd. continues as minority shareholder in the target. The seller is a Finnish state-owned company providing icebreaking, marine survey and fairway maintenance services.
