We advised ProSiebenSat.1 Group, one of the largest independent media corporations in Europe, in its SEK 2.2 billion acquisition of Etraveli Holding, a leading pan-European online travel agent for flights, from Segulah.
We acted as Finnish counsel to ProSiebenSat1. Group in the transaction. The transaction involved complex regulatory issues related , in particular, to e-commerce, data protection, website content of the service provider and consumer protection.
