We acted as Finnish counsel for Kadant Inc. in its acquisition of Clyde Industries Holdings, Inc. and its affiliates for $175 million in cash, subject to customary adjustments.

Clyde Industries specializes in boiler efficiency and cleaning system technologies, employing approximately 400 people across its headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, and operations in Brazil, China, Indonesia, Finland, and Canada.

Kadant Inc., based in Westford, Massachusetts, is a global leader in fibre processing, fluid handling, filtration, wood processing, and bulk material handling.
