We represented Atria Plc, a leading food company in the Nordic countries, Russia and the Baltic region, in its acquisition of a majority stake (70%) in Kaivon Liha Kaunismaa Oy (Kaivon Liha), a major supplier and processor of Finnish beef.
We advised Atria on the competition law aspects of the project, including securing the merger control clearance in the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority and the transaction documentation.
