We advised Enics, one of the world’s largest EMS providers focusing on industrial electronics, and its owner Ahlström Capital, on the acquisition of PKC Electronics.
In the transaction, we also advised on the competition law aspects of the project and secured the merger control clearance in the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority. The transaction was agreed upon simultaneously as a public tender offer was issued for all shares in the seller group.
